Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Loonie Nest (the "Service"), operated by Ventrous Labs Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Loonie Nest provides free online retirement planning calculators and educational tools designed for Canadian users. Our calculators help estimate retirement income, savings goals, and related financial projections based on user-provided inputs.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, provincial, or local law
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without permission

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ventrous Labs Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

User-Provided Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter into our calculators. The quality and relevance of the results depend entirely on the accuracy of your inputs. We are not responsible for results based on incorrect or incomplete information.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained will be accurate or reliable.
• In no event shall Ventrous Labs Inc., its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for using the Service (which is $0 for our free tools).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ventrous Labs Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
